must remain on image. Photo Clear has
superior sol-vent resistance and is
capable of holding the most critical
detail. Photo Clear has a guaran-teed
three-year shelf life. Will not taint
colors such as white or varnish tints.

Similar in appearance and performance
to stan-dard photo emulsion, but highly
solvent-resistant (Lacquer Solvent Resistant).
Recommended for direct proofs and foils.
LSR will withstand heavy developing,
preventing typical rolling of the image.
When exposed, the hardened emulsion
is still easily removed with Exposed
Emulsion Developer. Includes separate
sensitizer.

EMULSION
Acts as the barrier between ink and
developer. When the desired quantity
is mixed with acti-vated sensitizer
powder and exposed to UV light Photo
Emulsion becomes resistant to water.
Exposed emulsion can be removed by using
Exposed Emulsion Developer. Available
in Purple (tinted)
and White.

SENSITIZED
POWDER
Used with photo emulsion, it provides
the flexibil-ity of activating the amount
and strength desired. Our tech staff
recommends a mixing ratio of 8 parts
emulsion to 1 part activated sensitizer.

INK
PREP POWDER
Acts as a bonding agent between the
ink surface and photo emulsions. Ink
Prep Powder must be buffed into the
surface of solvent ink to give it a
“tooth” to hold the exposed
emulsion in place.
